A warm, collaborative approach

Jessica's work is relational and trauma-informed. She takes an active role as your partner, not only a safe space to be heard, and you're seen as the expert on your own life. Together you'll build a treatment plan around your goals, drawing from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, positive psychology, and self-acceptance work. The aim is insight, practical coping skills, and a stronger sense of who you are.

Sessions can be held in English, Farsi, or American Sign Language.
